Our Nar-Anon Family Group meetings are a safe place where we can talk to others and express our feelings with members who share our common problems. You may want to attend several different meetings in your area to find the groups where you feel the most comfortable. Our experience has shown that regular attendance is very helpful to our recovery. The peace we find in this fellowship has become our lifeline to serenity.
